Your Consultation

I operate at the Royal Brompton Hospital, the Harley St Clinic and the Centre Cardiothoracique de Monaco, as well as around the world with the Chain of Hope charity.

NHS Consultations

Your NHS consultation at the Royal Brompton Hospital usually begins as a referral from your paediatric cardiology consultant, paediatric consultant or GP. Once received we process the information and send out your appointment letter.

Private Consultations

Patients who are privately insured usually require a referral letter and permission (pre-authorisation code) from their insurance companies. Patients from an Embassy will require a letter of guarantee from the responsible Embassy. Self-funding private patients are able to make an appointment directly to see me.

International Consultations

We can help you plan all aspects of your international consultation. I provide a comprehensive consultation and can arrange non-invasive investigation service. I am fluent in English, French and Spanish. Staff at Royal Brompton Hospital, the Harley St Clinic and the Centre Cardiothoracique de Monaco are able to assist patients living overseas who wish to travel to receive treatment. My priority is to make your sure your experience is as stress-free as possible whilst providing outstanding medical care.

Charity Work

I work with charities to provide surgical care, free of charge to children with heart disease who would otherwise not survive. I have been involved with Chain of Hope since in 2009. “Mr Ghez is currently very active on the Chain of Hope Medical Board and operates on children for free at the Royal Brompton through the Chain of Hope Child Referral programme. As well as this, Mr Ghez has travelled to Jamaica on several missions, treating children requiring complex cardiac surgery at the Bustamante Hospital for Children in Kingston”.
